By accepting this consent, you grant Snippet non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce, display, and distribute your creator name, social handles, profile photo, and likeness depicted in images you provide or approve for this purpose, to identify your relationship with Snippet and promote our services.

This permission covers Snippet’s websites, landing pages, creator showcases, social media posts, paid and boosted advertisements, marketing emails, newsletters, presentations, sales materials, and other digital or printed promotional materials.

We may authorize agencies, contractors, and advertising platforms to exercise these rights on our behalf for these purposes.

You retain your rights in your materials. We may crop, resize, and format them for marketing placements without materially misrepresenting you. No payment or additional approval is required for each use within this consent.

We will describe your relationship with Snippet accurately. This permission does not authorize fabricated quotes, testimonials, earnings claims, or AI-generated depictions of you saying or doing something you did not say or do.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this permission. For creators under 18, permission must be given by a parent or legal guardian.

You may withdraw permission by contacting legal@usesnippet.app. Withdrawal or account deletion ends permission for new uses. We will promptly stop active advertisements and remove digital uses under our control. Previously distributed printed materials need not be recalled, and third-party copies or caches may remain outside our control.
